The first number (dividen) in the problem goes in the "den", the second number (divisor) goes outside the "den".
If there is a decimal in the divisor the decimal point needs to be moved so that it is not longer a decimal. However many times the decimal point is moved in the divisor, it is moved the same number of times in the dividen.
